Medium, orange-amber colour with a clear 1 mm meniscus. Attractive light coffee and almond, and reminiscent of Moroccan bastilla on the nose with a hint of passion fruit. Dense, silky textured palate, flavourful, balanced, rounded, orange sourness, passion fruit sourness with a vague sensation of light salt. Long finish.
